Why can't I reserve a court?

There may be several reasons why you can't reserve a court:

  1. Are you logged in? In order to reserve a court you must be logged into the system with your user name and password. If you look at the top right corner of the screen and it has** Visitor Mode ** then you are not logged in.
  2. Are you trying to reserve a court in the future? Your administrator has established a limit of 2 days in advance. Trying to reserve more days than that in the future is not allowed.

Who are the administrators of this program, and what is their contact information?

Conray de Cuba (ID Tennis Pro) is the primary program administrator and Tom LaCroix is his back-up.

How can I get a User Guide for this program?

To get a copy of the reservation system user guide, send an email to: On the Subject line of your message, include the words "IDCC Guide" plus your name.

How can I get a user ID?

Contact Conray de Cuba or Tom LaCroix. Conray = (772) 229-8461 Tom = (772) 418-3279 They can create an ID on the system for you.

How do I change/modify an existing reservation?

Click on your existing reservation and either cancel it or change the information. You will only be able to modify a reservation that was originally made by you.
